Hey guys, welcome to episode number 168 of the Industrial Strength Show.

I just have one announcement today before we get into today's show topic,

and the announcement is regarding next week's big birthday bash episode.

That is right, my birthday actually falls on a Thursday this year very appropriately it falls on the day

that the new podcast episodes are released each week, June 21st.

Next Thursday, I will be turning 43 years young.

Man, where have the years gone?

But many people have asked me, Joe, a man that has everything. What do you

want for your birthday? What can I get you for your birthday? Now I am much more of a giver.

I enjoy giving gifts way more than I enjoy receiving them.

But if you must ask and you really want to get me something and you

haven't already given me the gift of a five-star iTunes review I will take it. It's been a while since I asked you guys to leave a review on iTunes, so I am going to ask right now. I think maybe on my birthday is an appropriate time to ask for

something from you guys so if you haven't already left a five-star iTunes review. It would be much appreciated and because I am a

giver, I am going to give something back to you during next week's birthday bash episode.

What I'm going to do is I'm going to read the top three reviews that were left during the week.

So three, the best three new reviews.

I will choose, I will read them and if I do pick your review you will be

getting one of our new summer teas I don't know what the design is going to be yet, but I will be coming up with new

t-shirt designs this week and you will be on the list to get one for free regardless of where you live in the world.
