I know when you first saw the topic and the title

of last week's show.

I know it seemed a little off topic from our usual training slash performance

slash health and longevity type of podcasts but you know I do occasionally like to sprinkle in some of those off topic type shows if I think the majority of the audience can benefit from them and I felt last week's show certainly fit that
