I have just such an incredible guest, Stephanie Malin, who is an environmental sociologist. She specializes in extraction and energy production and

how that ties into community and the impacts. And it's like, it's just a really good conversation.

I'm really excited to bring this to you. And when we think about the grief of the world and how it's changing and then also our

role in it, which is this title of this podcast, right? I just want to bring to you so many

nuggets of hope and inspiration. We're about to move into Pluto and Aquarius.

Our own awakening, which was my last podcast,

really about taking this agitation and transforming it into activation and awakening.

And it's all in perfect timing, but we have to be open. We have to be ready. We have to be

prepared. We have to be showcasing who we are and also

showcasing to the universe like, hey, I'm showing up for you, just like you're going to show up

for me. And one of this little nuggets that came through on my 15 minutes of Instagram today,

I shared it on Facebook actually, was the earth.

Actual, I don't know where it was, but in the middle of a field where it seemingly seemed

like nothing, clear quartz crystals popping out of the earth. And when we think about

crystals, if you're into crystals, clear quartz is about

cleansing our chakras, protecting against negative energies, connecting with higher levels of consciousness.

So whether it's just for us as a human race or for all of us, whether that is the trees,

the birds, the water, the support is like so there. And it's to us to just learn be receptive and to take these

opinions that we have regardless of what your opinion may be to relax them a little bit to be
