I started losing weight in February 2019 when my second daughter was born and I became a stay-at-home

Initially, focused on what I put into my body and cardio. Starting weight was 250 pounds. I joined the

Swaltham a few months ago and have made some very nice gains. My current weight is 205 pounds. So you lost

45 pounds. That's amazing. I was a size 44 waist and now I'm fitting into 36 inch waist clothing.
