FAM project. This one's from our Swole fam member, Courtney. She says, I posted this to the group,

but wanted to put it here so you can feel free to share it if you'd like. I started at

194 pounds and now down to 150 pounds. Mostly all came off this year.

This group is amazing and keeps me motivated. I absolutely love it. Picture is me at 194 on the left

and me today at 150 pounds on the right. So Courtney, thank you so much for sharing,

an amazing story. And I want to use this as an example before we get into today's episode.

week ago, Courtney lost, what, 44 pounds this year, this year. So I want you to think about that.

I want you to think about that the next time you want to make an excuse because it's 2020 or because it's

2021 or 22 or because it's a Tuesday or because it's August or because it's December or because

it's just what it's raining seriously and I'm not saying I'm perfect no one's perfect

you're not going to be perfect. But you can

definitely approach your lifestyle. You can approach your life with a fervor, with a focus,

with a desire to make it happen no matter what. We all lived through the same year. Some people had, I guess,

you know, I guess conceptually an easier year than others, but what's easy? Life is hard,

life is unexpected, and this year was a test for everyone. It was a test for people to see who

can adapt, who will adapt. And when we're faced with a threat that
