All right, everybody. So last week, I was talking all about why you aren't doing the work,

because I see this as such a big stumbling block for so many of my clients, and it was a huge

stumbling block for me for so long in my life. And I don't want it to be a stumbling block for you,

but this week, I want to talk about kind of the next level of what happens when you start doing

the work. You start trying to change the habit of drinking, you start trying to change anything in

your life. And then you run up against this belief that I have seen over and over again in my life,

and I see it with so many of the women that I work with, and that belief is just, I don't get it.

I don't understand. I'm confused. When you're not getting it, that is really a make or break moment.

And I'm going to tell you guys something funny. I watched this happen in my own life very recently.

I was really not getting something. So I'm a life coach. I have a business, and I'm going to tell you

this, when I set out on this journey, I did not understand how prevalent Excel spreadsheets would

become in my life. I did not understand this. If someone had told me when I decided to quit my job

and become a life coach, if they had said, hey, listen, Rachel, you're going to have to become an

expert at Excel. I've been like, what are you talking about? No, I'm just going to talk to people
