Summary
In today's Monday Message, Emily explains that insanity is repeating the same things over and over again and expecting different results. She says that when you're able to discover specific patterns that you keep repeating, thinking you'll get a different outcome, and changing them, that's the only way you will break the cycle. Once you break the cycle of these negative patterns and create new ones, you will be able to live the life you desire.

| 0:50.3 | Is it in my business methods? |
| 0:52.3 | Is it in my health and my fitness? You have to look at the cycles |
| 0:56.8 | and the patterns that you have. A lot of people don't realize that they're stuck in a cycle |
| 1:01.3 | on a pattern because, for example, if you keep going off track with your health and your fitness |
| 1:05.5 | and you keep binging on the weekends and you just say you'll start Monday again, how many |
| 1:09.8 | times have you said that? How many times have you tried to not do that on the weekends and you just say you'll start Monday again. How many times have you said that? |
| 1:11.7 | How many times have you tried to not do that on the weekend and then on Monday you realize that |
| 1:17.1 | you failed? Because if so, that's the cycle that you're in. How many times have you said that |
| 1:23.0 | things were going to get better in your relationship and you both feel like things are going to get |
| 1:27.0 | so much better? You're on this emotional high and then you're back in your relationship. And you both feel like things are going to get so much better. |
| 1:27.8 | You're on this emotional high. |
| 1:29.0 | And then you're back in the same scenario that you were in a year ago, two years ago. |
| 1:34.3 | What cycles and what patterns are you stuck in? |
| 1:37.9 | Because it's time to break the cycle. |
