One of your recommendations was we should keep ourselves busy so that we don't obsess about things we don't need to obsess about and I said

that keeping myself pretty busy also really tired with two kids and just don't

have the energy for it sometimes and I responded that one of the blessings of being a parent is that you just don't have a lot of time to obsess over things like you did, at least like I did before we had kids.
