listening community and I am thrilled to be joined again as always with my best friend in life, Bonnie Stahoviac, who is busy enough to not have a ton of time to need to obsess over

hardly anything.

You should explain, for the many people who won't have looked at the comments section of your most recent post about not taking things personally

One of your recommendations was we should keep ourselves busy so that we don't obsess about things we don't need to obsess about and I said

that keeping myself pretty busy also really tired with two kids and just don't

have the energy for it sometimes and I responded that one of the blessings of being a parent is that you just don't have a lot of time to obsess over things like you did, at least like I did before we had kids.

So it really does help to be busy, you know?

It's just a good way to approach life.

But anyway, not the topic of today's episode, though.
