Welcome to the perfume room. My send of the day today is Vireo Giorget. This is actually the first

Vireo fragrance that, I don't even know if I'm saying it correctly. Is it Vereo? Vero.

This is the first Vero fri fragrance that I've ever worn. I think I've like smelled them like in

the cap in like a perfume store once, but I have no real like memory of smelling this brand.

But they gifted me a bottle of Georgette and I am loving it.

The perfumer is the incredible Lynn Harris, who is also the perfumer behind Perfumer H and

behind Miller Harris.

Those are also both of her brands.

So when I see her name on a project, I'm always excited to see what it might be.

And Georgette does not disappoint.

So I'm going to share with you the notes that I

perceive when I smell this perfume. So overall, what I get is this sort of like warm, tobaccoy,

peppery, musky, verdant, resinous scent. I know that's like a hodgepodge. I just named like everything under the sun,

but let me get more specific. So the green that I feel in this fragrance, I feel like you feel it

immediately when you first spray in that top note, but it quickly kind of fades to the background.

But what I feel is like, I feel sort of like a dewy jasmine. I feel almost like a green

vegetable note like a sort of unripe fig meets like green bell pepper kind of note. And then I

also feel something sort of like lush, heady green plant kind of feel like a sort of wormwood

absinth. I say all this, but it's super musky.

I feel some pink pepper. I feel some woodiness, definitely some sandalwood. But then what really sort

of rounds out this fragrance and gives it a sort of like juzh is this like warm round tobacco

and likely a little bit of incense too. and it's interesting because I think the thing
