Porn free radio episode 165. Well, hello again, everybody. This is Matt. I'm recording on Wednesday and publishing on Wednesday our normal schedule for Porn Free Radio. Back on track. If you're just checking your feed this week, you'll notice that two episodes dropped this week. I just recorded and released episode 164 earlier this week. You'll notice that two episodes dropped this week. I just recorded and released episode

0:22.1

164 earlier this week. And here I am back on 165. And we're jumping in. I actually have two

0:30.3

topics today that I want to talk about. One of them is real practical. I want to give you a quick action that you can take after a relapse.

0:42.6

Now, it's a little hard to implement, but if you commit to it, I think it will actually help

0:49.5

you steer out of some of the mistakes guys make right after relapse and get back on track.

0:57.3

So that's the one thing I'm going to share.

0:59.3

1:03.3

1:06.7

I want to get the tools that you suggest.

1:09.6

I want to get them in place.

1:10.6

And then I just want to put porn in the rearview mirror. Like I don't want to look back. Well, I want to talk about why I understand that impulse. I understand that idea of wanting to just kind of put this behind me. But I want to talk about why it's important to

1:27.5

integrate some of our challenges and some of our falls with pornography into our life going

1:34.8

forward and why that's really important for our wholeness. All right? So I'm going to do those

1:40.8

topics today. And hey, I want to say one other thing.

1:48.5

Episode 164, I talked about decreasing the hesitation.

1:54.5

And one challenge that I've been having with porn free radio when I record is I stop recording sometimes.

1:55.6

I get distracted.

1:57.7

I just kind of hesitate.

1:59.9

Sometimes I burp or I cough or something and then I I kind of lose

2:04.2

the flow. So in today's episode, better or for worse, I'm not editing it and I'm going to get

2:11.3

this stuff out. I'm just going to share what's on my heart today and invite you to go with me.

2:17.1

So it might not be perfect today, but I'm just going to do it.
