we like to call these, I guess, a casserole episode. We're talking about a couple of different things

today because sometimes that's just where our brains go. I like these though. I do too. We've got a few

things. So we're going to talk about your workout shoes. How do you know you need new ones?

Mainly because I needed to research that for myself. Working out in the summer heat and cool clothes. So I am here, as always, with the lovely, beautiful Emily for Sella. Emily, how are you doing today? I'm good. I have a bump on my head, though. I hit my, I hit my head on my shower. Like, I was, like, cleaning it. And you know, you have those have those like the shower head, but there was like those side ones that have like the detachable shower head. Like if you want to wash a dog or something. I have one. Well, I don't know what else do you call on. Yeah. It's like you can make them taller or lower and you don't have to use the one overhead. And I was cleaning and I came and I forgot that thing. was like lower and I was like scrubbing and I went to raise my head up and went conk I literally thought I had a concussion I thought I split my head open I was like oh man dang I just I was sitting here like this looking at the outline is do you ever like have like a scratch or something or bruise and you're going literally where did that come from I think all of us have those I guess it probably is you, where did they get a scratch there? And how did I not notice it until it's scabbed over? Yeah. He's like, how did you get that bruise there? I'm like, I have no idea. I had a bruise under my butt cheek, like literally where your butt cheek meets like your hamstring. Like, you know what I'm talking about? Like, literally like where your thigh meets your butt.

Yeah.

I had a bruise there.

Just the most, I'm like, I would have realized if something was that close.

You sit in a chair too hard?

I don't know.

I don't really know what, but he was like, how did you get that there? I was like, what? So I'm in the bathroom like trying to like twist and turn and like pull it.

I'm like, how did I get a bruise there?

And I don't remember.

I'm going to say Otis.

I don't know.

Otis bit your butt.

It could be because he like will jump up because he's, you know, he likes butts.

Yeah.

So he could have like went up and like. get a bruise there. I'm going to say Otis. I don't know. Otis bit your butt. It could be because he

So yes, mystery bruises are of all happening. Yes. Wouldn't it be great if every time you had one of those like your body spit out a little receipt.
