Summary
In this episode of Mailbox Monday, we talk about how to get motivated from working out at home, how to avoid burnout, and how to warm-up for compound movements. On top of that, we go into depth on Minimalism and how to go about it and why we find it super important.
Kyle's Quote: “Having more and more won’t solve the problem, and happiness does not lie in possessions, or even relationships. The answer lies within ourselves. If we can’t find peace and happiness there, it’s not going to come from the outside.”
Josh's quote: “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.” – Oscar Wilde
