Hi, everyone, and welcome back to the show. It's great to have you here today on this

Total Wellness Tuesday where the topic is going to be going over Lefo and Cefo and

to see if you've ever heard of these particular digestive-based issues

or if you might be suffering from them specifically.

And one of the reasons why I wanted to go over these two topics here today is that it's essentially a new terminology

that you will be hearing about in the future. So although in the functional medicine field,

in the naturopathic field field it's been around for

quite some time the terminology hasn't been starting to be used mainstream

until maybe the last year or so so I wanted to make sure that you knew everything that you needed to about it
