Totally. Well, you and I have been going back and forth on this for like, has it been like,

what, six weeks now, eight weeks now that we've really just, it's been our passion and our baby.

So I'm really excited to talk about it too. Yeah. I can't read. So the mindful eating method, guys, so I let me

kind of just backtrack and tell you a little bit about like faith and I's background and why,

why we decided to do something different in the industry so

I'll kind of start in and many of you guys may know my story and coincidentally

Faith's path is super super similar to mine so quick rundown for me and why this is

such a passion of mine so I competed in 2012 13 14 and if you've ever competed in bikini figure, you know,

in the bodybuilding industry, you know that it requires strict dieting to do so.

So I started out the bro way eating like seven meals of only like chicken and asparagus and

almonds and tuna and the foods that I

were allowed and in 2014 at end of 2013 I was introduced to macro tracking I thought it was

the greatest thing ever because I was coming from the bro way and it was it was good for a long

time for me and I'm this is not a podcast completely knocking macro

tracking. Macro tracking can still be great. We still use it for a lot of our clients. But we found

just a better, more sustainable way for Faith and I and for a subset of our clients. Actually,
