In today's episode you're going to explore a way to feel grounded. We continue with our theme this week which is

gratitude for the world around you, for others, for the things you have, for situations, for where

you are right now. And so you will be guided using a technique to ground yourself with gratitude.

And when you think about grounding yourself, consider this as something that is

initiated by you.

You are doing this.

This is your consciousness, activating, feeling grounded.

And this is quite different from waiting for a feeling of groundedness to come over you, or for

waiting for a feeling of gratitude to come your way or for waiting for a situation in your life to help you to feel grounded or to feel gratitude.

When you begin to create your own feelings and how you experience your life. This empowers you. You don't have to wait.

You can feel exactly how you want to feel at any time.

It's up to you to bring this to your awareness and to use your consciousness to actively engage
