Hey my ultimate beans and welcome to today's pep talk. It's going to be short and sweet as they all will be.

But I thought I just set the time for the day and to get you really ideally thinking about this theme throughout the day and also not just today, but the whole week, your whole life, because it can really change how you approach things and it can really change your mood and make you just feel overall happier throughout the entire day because you're just not putting up with people's

0:25.1

bullshit when you don't want to. So the theme of today is the idea that every interaction that you

0:31.2

have with somebody is a choice. Okay. So you might not be able to choose if you see someone,

0:37.1

1:26.5

a whole bunch of great feelings, right?

1:28.4

Like that interaction has caused this carry-on effect of all these emotions.

1:32.5

If you've just, you know, spent a morning with your partner who you adore,

1:37.8

you're probably feeling all these great feelings.

1:39.5

If you've just interacted with your dog, which brings you so much joy and happiness,

1:43.3

it's going to lift your mood.

1:44.5

The quality of that interaction has positively impacted your day. But then think about it negatively.

1:51.7

Think about the people that you know are going to piss you off or think about like road rage
