| 0:29.2 | like we have done something wrong. Like we get this surge of imposter syndrome come over us. Maybe |
| 0:34.2 | you're working really hard on something. You're seeing all this momentum and then it either slows down or it starts to go backwards for a little bit. And then you might feel like |
| 0:41.6 | you are the reason that things were going wrong. And because of that, you think that the reason |
| 0:47.9 | things went well is due to luck. And that luck has come to an end. And you're thinking now that |
| 0:53.7 | that luck has come to an end, I now have thinking, now that that luck has come to an end, |
| 0:54.9 | I now have to scramble. |
| 0:56.5 | That flow that I was in wasn't a flow. |
| 0:58.6 | It was just luck and I'm an imposter. |
| 1:01.5 | The truth is that it was a flow, |
| 1:04.1 | and you've now just changed course a little bit. |
| 1:06.9 | But this is not a bad thing. |
| 1:09.1 | Don't be looking at this as being something to avoid because this |
| 1:13.1 | then causes us to resist. When you resist something, like when you're resisting change or when you're |
| 1:19.2 | resisting something not going well or when you feel like your flow has broken and you're trying |
| 1:23.6 | to scramble to get it back, you actually make it worse. You're struggling and struggling |
| 1:28.5 | and that struggle is causing more and more resistance and you're pulling yourself more and more |
