Hey, my beautiful Ultimate Beans and welcome to the first ever pep talk. I'm so excited to bring in this pep talk.

It's kind of like a way for me to just be inside your head a little bit more, whether you like it or not.

Well, you obviously like it because you're here listening. So this is pep talk to you guys about.

Is rest and it being as important as growth when things slow down. So sometimes you're going

to feel that when things slow down, they're going to feel like they're plateauing. And often we feel

like we have done something wrong. Like we get this surge of imposter syndrome come over us. Maybe

you're working really hard on something. You're seeing all this momentum and then it either slows down or it starts to go backwards for a little bit. And then you might feel like

you are the reason that things were going wrong. And because of that, you think that the reason

things went well is due to luck. And that luck has come to an end. And you're thinking now that

that luck has come to an end, I now have thinking, now that that luck has come to an end,

I now have to scramble.

That flow that I was in wasn't a flow.

It was just luck and I'm an imposter.

The truth is that it was a flow,

and you've now just changed course a little bit.

But this is not a bad thing.

Don't be looking at this as being something to avoid because this

then causes us to resist. When you resist something, like when you're resisting change or when you're

resisting something not going well or when you feel like your flow has broken and you're trying

to scramble to get it back, you actually make it worse. You're struggling and struggling

and that struggle is causing more and more resistance and you're pulling yourself more and more

out of that flow. When in reality, what can actually happen is that this regression or this
