So today's episode I want to talk about how to deal when you are in a season of conflict.

When it feels like you are having arguments with lots of people, there's a lot of misunderstandings, people from the past that you have unresolved issues with seem to be popping up and you're like what is going on.

I want to give you some feedback, I want to give you some advice, I want to give you some support on four things for you to do and consider to take care of yourself if you feel like for whatever reason that things are crashing down around you.

Sometimes this happens because it's just an energy is in the stars. Sometimes it happens because you were in a purging cycle where you are redefining your relationships, how you feel about yourself, how you feel about other people.

Your eyes are open, you are seeing things that maybe you didn't see before your standards are changing, they are raising.

This is not, and this is an extra tip before we get started, but this does not mean that you are doing anything wrong.

If anything, and I think that this can be really, really disorienting for people, especially if the reason why you are having lots of conflicts and misunderstandings or you're needing to have a lot of repair conversations happens because you are in your healing process.

You really disorienting and you may wonder, am I doing something wrong? Is that why this is happening?

And again, you are just cleansing, you are detoxing, you are purging, relationships and people and things, you're even purging your own understanding.

Sometimes it's not even about other people's actions towards you and you're seeing that they're toxic. Sometimes part of it is that it's time for you to grow.

It's time for you to explain how you see things and how you show up and it's a gift for you.
