Summary

Today we talk about the choice that you need to make regarding Covid-19 (Corona Virus).
The world is going a little crazy right now and I can understand how majority of the world wants to freeze up and see it pass.

The next few weeks are going to be chaos. But it won't end there. No one knows how long this will take to run it’s course.

Gyms are closed, and people are being sent home from work. It is understandable how everyone is left feeling lost and confused.

You can either take this time and isolation in one of two ways

Either A)

Sit around, watch excess amounts of TV, deviate from your healthy eating regimens and become completely inactive (because the gyms closed, it's not your fault right?)

Or B)

Make the commitment to challenge yourself in new ways. Invest in your self growth and switch to a new form of fitness for the meantime.

The one thing we can control about COVID-19 is what we do while the world quarantines itself. You have everything to gain by looking at this as a challenge and a time to maximize your self growth and acquire new skills and abilities.

Myself and Kyle Grondin have made the choice to use this time to double down on our business and make a plethora of incredible at home routines for our clients. Instead of freezing up and waiting, we want to use this isolation to really help people have all the tools to stay on track despite the changing circumstance. Be prepared for a ton of great developments on our end.

Nothing good comes from playing the victim card, I personally have set goals to learn to cook new foods, maximize my nutrition , study up on a few interesting topics and challenge myself with new forms of workouts if it comes down to it.

What choice are you going to make?

What's going on, everyone. Welcome to the fit, healthy, and most of all, happy podcast. I'm your host, Josh, here with my co-host. KG in the house. And we're fired up. You know, we're going to go ahead and get this out of the way. We feel like it's kind of our due diligence to do an episode on what's going on with COVID, Corona, whatever you want to call it. But myself and Kyle, you know, we don't want to dwell on it. So we've really just wanted to make one episode.

Seems like any podcast I listen to or a YouTube video, it's all they talk about. And frankly, I'm getting sick of it because, you know, at some point in life, you know, you kind of got to move past it. and I'm not someone who just wants to be fear-mongered all the time. And at the end of the day, it's an important thing.

0:38.7

It's important to your thing and, you know, be fearmongered all the time. And at the end of the day,

whatever that's called. But we just kind of want to talk today a little bit about what we're doing

different, how you can still make gains with it. And I made a really great Facebook post. I'd like to say a little self-affirmation there. That's pretty good, man. I appreciate it. But, you know, it was well received and it was something that came into my mind because I find when things like this come, you know, people will either go on one side of the fence or the other. And I'm just going to read the post real quick and then we'll get a little bit more into

this.

1:11.9

And then it'll be episodes that's the same as usual.

1:13.9

Obviously, we'll tailor it a little bit more to, you know, the current situation,

home workouts, what you can still do and a way for everyone to stay fit.

1:21.3

We've got some free stuff that you can go ahead and grab up and take advantage of.
