Hello everyone welcome to Fitbody Happy Joints. My name is Shannon. Today I have both

0:04.5

Payton and Jill with me. We are going to do something a little different. We're

0:08.7

going to talk about different members stories and all of these are unique and we're going to talk about why these

0:16.4

members are seeing the results that they're seeing and the hope is that by

0:20.0

sharing these stories you might feel like you can resonate with something about their story,

1:01.0

but I didn't want to add strength back in to not only feel knee pain but I also

1:05.3

didn't want to dread the workout. Evelo has the gentle low impact feeling of Pilates with the results,

1:10.5

benefits, and science of strength training.

1:13.2

And I love this one because I feel like that's really what we try to get across is that

1:18.9

strength training doesn't have to be this like aggressive all out modality it can have the vibe of like a more

1:26.4

gentle Pilates class but still have the results of building muscle building lean mass without wearing your body down.

1:34.8
