We just wrapped up a three part mini series called Fat to Fit to go through how we can transition

from where we are now to a fitter, happier version of ourselves without extremes, without

crash dining and without being miserable or obsessed as many of us are when we diet.

And that's kind of what I'm all about and I know that that's how people want to create

their transformation right without the extremes, without the yo-yo, without the all or nothing

approach. But the how, like that's what I want but how do I get there, how do I do that?

That can be really overwhelming. So if you have not yet listened to parts one through three,
