right welcome episode 160 hello my friends hope you're doing amazing and I'll

start by just saying that I think you really are a beautiful human being and

that I appreciate you like I really really really do to the point where I'm

probably annoying with how often I say this but I'll say it once more you know

I've been really overwhelmed lately by the DMs and the text and all the emails and

just outreach from folks who listen to the podcast and I cannot understate how

much it means to me to have you listening right now to have you have made the

decision to pick up your phone or wherever you're listening and be like you know
