I am so happy you guys join me because this is an incredible interview, not because of me, but because

my guest is insane. So this is Dr. Stacey Sims. I found her through her book Roar. And I mean,

she's just incredibly smart and I love it. Her tagline is, we are not small men.

So basically as she was studying for her PhD and as she was researching the body, all

these studies that she was finding as she was working with professional athletes and as

herself as an athlete, nothing was being researched on women.
