Okay, cool. Well, we're live. Yep. Ready? Yep. Bonjour, what is going on and welcome to the fit, healthy, and happy podcast. I hated my French episode so much last time that I'm going with the same French intro. Here with my co-host. KG in the house. And sorry for the mic's not being perfect. You know, I think we were getting a little complacent, leaning away. I think I had a week where I did it. He did it as well, but audio should be more than crisp now. We're giving these mics a good kits, a good little smooch. Mua. Yeah, so we're nice and close. I realize I'm like... Not me and Kyle, but me and Kyle to the mic. Yeah, like on our separate mics.

Okay, let's jump right into quotes.

1:39.2

What's your quote, Kyle?

1:40.6

My quote for this week is never accept the limitations of someone else.

1:46.1

C.T. Fletcher. That's a huge one, man. Yeah, it's massive. Like, for those of you who know C.T. Fletcher, like, he's a bit on the crazy side. Just search on YouTube, C.T. Fletcher motivation. C.T. And like he's someone who inspired us like when we were kind of like broing it out like growing up just trying to get like he always has this quote about having like 21 or 22 inch guns like he's kind of on the crazy side so like I'm just mentally preparing you but at the end of the day like this quote really kind of reached out to me pretty intensely because like a lot of times when you're growing up people will try to set limitations for you especially like when you're reaching a physique that maybe they've never been able to accomplish or like maybe they've never been able to stick to a diet and they start to kind to kind of talk down on you and you know even maybe like quitting your job and starting your side hustle like a lot of times you know people um will try to i guess like talk you out of things because like they care but at the same time it's because like they've never been able to accomplish something themselves or maybe they just like don't think that it's possible and you know there's a lot of things that i've done in my life and i know josh has where like people didn't fully agree or like you know as much as i love my mom like she didn't agree on a lot of the things that i've done and at the end of the day i'm here uh you know talking to you guys because i you know didn't go through with like the path that she wanted me to um and then even for power lifting and stuff you know like if we just listen to everything that other people want us to do we may not be able to accomplish everything that we want to do so you know here's your here's your

3:08.1

time and uh yeah this quote really reached out to me pretty hard that's that's a big one you know even for me there's a lot of things where i look and i go oh this is you know all it's been achieved or you know i have this friend and they're like i've never been able to bench more on 225 you know and it's like to me hmm am I going to be able to do that I have long arms and you know instead of like thinking hey there's these ceilings like you know if you really just remove those ceilings and you keep pushing and you find your natural limits that's the best way to do it and you know just because you have a friend that you know try to business and it failed doesn't mean you'll fail um you know i think it's great to take advice from others but sometimes you know you hungry, believe in your dreams and, you know, make it happen. Like if you look at anyone who's hyper successful and, you know, they really said, hey, I'm going to do it and everyone else didn't believe in them, you know, that self-belief and, you know, that law of attraction is huge. Even I wrote a goal this month and seeing it every single day kind of bothered me. So I find I really just kind of did what I had to do to get it done.
