I'm Emily Fricela, joined by Mindy Musselman, registered dietitian, certified diabetes education specialist guru, whatever. Yeah, throw a G in there. A new pool owner. She's got her same pool. And you guys, she just returned a towel to me that she took last year from our pool. So she texts. Yeah, tell this. Yeah. Here's what I think I propose happen. You guys, we get towels walking off all the time. You guys know what this is like. Like your beach towels are kind of sacred. You've maybe got a couple and they've been on a long journey with you. I used to have this one that had hot peppers on it that I loved. I wish I still had it. I'm so funny. I'm very attached to my towel. So I had this towel come out of laundry. I'm like, this doesn't look like one of my beach towels. I know my beach towels like they're my children. Oh, did Klein take that home then last time? What I'm thinking is sometime last summer, Klein took it home on a Sunday. Okay. It went into the wash on a Monday and then on Tuesday our lovely helper and housekeeper

Betsy comes over yeah I think Betsy grabbed it out of the dryer and just folded up and put it with

our other towels which I haven't really looked at until now because it's summer again yeah so that

1:41.4

is the mystery of your missing towel which she did not even know I don't know you guys whenever we whenever we got a pool at our old house because that was our first pool we ever had i go to home goods and i buy the beach towels there but still i mean they're like 12 or 14 i 9 a towel like and i feel like you know when you're when you have to buy like 20 of them yeah parties because like that's the one bummer you guys if you go to pool parties bring your own towel B-Y-O-T. Bring your towel for parties. Because like that's the one bummer, you guys. If you go to pool parties, bring your own towel. B-Y-O-T. Bring your towel for sure. I got about keeping it in case you came over. I have 60 beach towels to wash now. And you can only wash like four at a time. Bring your own towel. Have some common courtesy. I mean, I really don't mind. They're there in case people forget. But when everybody forgets, it's a problem. Yeah. You know what I thought would be a good idea for people? Uh-huh. If you save your grocery bags and put them in things like that, that when people have their wet swimsuits or trunks and they change, that you can have grocery bags for them to put their wet suit in to go home. That's a good idea. I'll have to start collecting those again. I really, I don't have a lot bags you guys are probably the same way because I've been like going I'm grocery shopping or getting paper bags but you also can't bring your reusable bags now well and also because of like when all the they thought coo was real but apparently nowadays proven that it's all fake now and it can't be spread but person to person whatever but I was throwing all the bags away from the grocery store because I didn't know like we were sitting in there, so I didn't save any. Yeah, you didn't want just a bundle of virus. Virus just, you know, growing. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know. It's just weird times. Weird conversation. Yeah. Anyway. But, so let's see here. I'm Emily Fersella.

3:10.0

in from all over the country had a few doctors from Canada that had to unfortunately cancel just because they if they came in they had to be quarantined for two weeks to be away from their practice so um no it was really good it was so much fun and i feel like everybody's kind of on that like where it's fun but you kind of have like that social hangover where you're just like yeah that's when you know it was a really good time because you're all just because we're all just talking and like well plus you were learning and like grow yeah so your brain's exhausted and you're just like yeah so it's fun and and i always feel like when you're on a schedule like it's different when you're working on a schedule when you're at an event and you're like okay now go back go back to your room and let's be back in 45 minutes for the group workout.

4:14.7

Like I feel like that's almost tiring, just keeping a routine, you know. But no, it was really good. I'm already excited. I started planning next years already. So I'm getting dates from the hotel. I'm glad that COVID didn't, you know, wipe it out that you're still able to have it. Yeah. So we did find out 10 days before the event, we had to get out of St. Louis County lines because the restrictions weren't lifted until June 8th. The event started June 7th. So the hotel let us know literally it was like 10 days before like, hey, we can't have you guys here because you're more than 10 people. And we're like, crap.

4:48.0

So I called, I was like, I'll call wedding venues around that's outside of St.less County that I know. And the first one I called was Hall Valley out in Pacific, which is just beautiful. My assistant Cindy got married there and it's just a really pretty space. Luckily, they were able to have us there. So they have us there. We got everything. So it's actually kind of fun because it ended being like a little field trip.

5:04.1

I got a big bus.

5:05.2
