0:28.0

It actually makes me excited to just think about it.

0:30.9

And it's going to be that exercise is beneficial to mental health, which I think is easier said than done, but we're going to get

0:38.9

into why that is and what you can do to make sure you're exercising, not just for physical

0:45.1

fitness, but also for mental health as well. So I feel like as you get older, that is spotlighted

0:50.1

more, you know what I'm saying? Especially with the whole COVID stuff and everything like that.

Especially.

1:13.4

Yeah. I feel like a lot of people were kept sane through, you know, with being able to exercise to like keep some sort of like ownership in their life in a sense. You know, like they were in control of that. Yeah. And like I said, you know, the park is right by our house. One of the big parks. and I saw, I mean, the amount of car traffic.

1:27.9

Yeah, the parks were busier than they've ever been. I've ever, ever seen them. Yeah. And it's like, it kind of was nice. Maybe people will start to get out more and use the public parks. Exactly. 2:01.0

So I don't know how I got a scab like under my boots. Maybe you like went to a gesture bra and you like scratched yourself.

2:03.3

You know, you get like a little scratch and you're like, where'd that scratch? line and we've been outside a lot. So I don't know how I got a scab like under my boot.

2:01.1

Maybe you like went to adjust your bra and you like scratched yourself.

2:03.4

You know, you get like a little scratch and like where'd that scratch come from?

2:06.3
