So on the last episode, I talked about mindfulness and self-care resolutions to set for the new year,

I heard from lots of people, especially on Instagram, about all the resolutions they'll be setting and what they want to achieve in 2019.

However, I think it can also be important to identify the things we don't want to keep doing, which is why I created this podcast episode.
