Lucy is a business owner.

She has over 10 years of experience developing and managing strategy for leading global brands.

She has managed the development of hundreds of digital campaigns, websites, apps, and

SaaS products.

That's a software as a service.

And she has taken leadership roles in development and creative agencies from London to

Melbourne with experience in project management,

product design, data and analytics, and digital communications. She recently, as she says,

went all in and started her own business, which we're going to chat about, co-founding Mentor Loop

with her business partner, Heidi Holmes.

Mentor Loop helps companies effortlessly, rather, that was hard to get out, build a mentoring

culture for more engaged, connected, and productive business.
