My guest today is Ronald Chernak, who's the founder of the FBB Group here in Colorado Springs in Denver.

To give a little background on Ron, Ron practiced law before he founded FBB Group in Chicago

for a 175 member law firm.

He's got a CPA certificate from Illinois, and is currently a licensed Colorado real estate broker and is licensed also to

practice law in Colorado. So he's an attorney as well. He's got a FINRA Series 79 securities license.

And Ron is also a certified business intermediary, a CBI, and a merger and acquisitions

master intermediary, which is an M&A MI designation, and it's the highest level of accreditation in the industry.

Ron's got extensive experience in contract and lease negotiations, financial planning, and financing, and he's a very active member in the community here in Colorado Springs.

He was the former chairman of the board of the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce,

the Southern Colorado Economic Forum.

He was a founding sponsor for them, and also a Rotary Club member.

Ron has also served as chairman and director for the board of numerous business brokers committees and organizations, such as the International

Business Brokers Association, IBBA.

He was the chairman of that.

It's a premier industry trade association, and he's been chairman of the M&A source, the country's

largest association of middle market intermediaries.
