you're on your own journey with your relationship with food, if it's feeling chaotic, and maybe does it feel

controlling, like every single thought of every single day, even maybe you're dreaming

about it at night. So it's not even just when you're awake, but maybe even while you're asleep,

you're thinking about food. Now, food, we need it to survive. So we're supposed to think about it

a lot. And I know some people have estimated that we make at least 200 food decisions a day.

But when you are in that space where food is in every thought, it will be exhausting and it'll feel like food controls you. So I wonder
