When most people travel, they stop working out, or trying to maintain their fitness habits. No matter how much fun you have on the trip, you feel a twinge of guilt when you get home.
For 10 years, my client, Marc-Andre Heroux has been consistent in body intensity training. However, he had never focused on his diet, and as a result, his weight loss plateaued. He struggled to lose weight for that reason, but also because of his work travel and new fatherhood. His motivation was low, and he felt like he did not have the tools to succeed.
