premise of why detoxes work and why you know so many people pursue them to contribute to their

wellness and health so we're going to talk about okay so if you were to take all the detoxes on the

market and look at them what is that one unifying factor that

we're promising and what are we seeking to get out of a detox.

I'm going to talk briefly about the 10 of the ways I really see insecurity itself manifesting well into our

thought life and then when it manifests itself into it and sneaks into our thoughts and then

starts choking life out of what our actual lives are.
