We are on the cusp of the New Year, which for many people often means thinking about all the changes we want to make and the new habits we want to create. We tend to focus on the negatives, but I’m proposing that we need to pay just as much attention, if not more, to all the wins you’ve experienced.
Join me this week as I take you through my Year in Review exercise and explain why this is going to set you up with the right energy as you enter 2024. Hear the value of acknowledging all your wins so far and imagining 2024 ahead of time, and questions that will guide you along this visualization process.
