Hey, Fitzsister and Christ, today is going to be super quick, but I want to give you three workout hacks and a prayer because I believe that you could use a little pick me up maybe today or a workout hack to help you get that workout in when your day doesn't go the way that you want it to. So I'm going to jump in real quick. Okay, number one, when working out feels too hard |
