note because you know i carry a couple of these in my gym bag um for personal clients. And the ones that Josh and myself personally use are the slingshot ones. You know, we're not affiliated with them or anything, but basically they're like kind of more expensive like 40 to even $80. I don't know, something like that. And they're great just also for activating your glutes. Like there's nothing better. Like the glutes are one of the most important muscle groups and you'll see a lot of women using these especially. And I think they're so beneficial because they can add some resistance. They can get your glutes activated before a big squat workout. There's just so many benefits. And the best thing is also that they're like so you can bring them like around anywhere. So if you're at like an outdoor vacation and you wanted to like add a little bit of
