Now it's fair for me to tell you that I am the type of person who has always taking things

really seriously. You know I was a driven student, a driven athlete, a driven, well everything. That's sort of, I feel like it's

wired into my type of personality and my upbringing and the type of schooling I received and so everything was serious but you know I looking

retrospectively I've learned that I don't have to be that way and so I want to share with you some

insights that I've been really kind of

digging through myself over the last couple of years of what would happen if I

realize that everything isn't that serious you know how can I still pursuing the best version of me, doing my absolute best of doing whatever I do, but then letting go when I, when it doesn't measure up to certain standards or when I can't stop obsessing about it.

How do I know when to let go?

And that's what letting yourself to realize that life is not that serious.

And it life is not that serious and it's something that we can celebrate, something that we
