Today we're talking about how to believe the truth about yourself.

I'm pretty fired up about what this show is going to include because I think that, well, I really

believe that not enough of us really know the truth about who we are and as a result

we live half version lives of ourselves or kind of watered down existences if you will.

And I really believe that we have the opportunity to live life to the fullest and that we are actually it's our obligation to find out how to how to do that and how to really be our best selves.

Because you know what, you were here, you were putting around our third purpose.

And that purpose, I really know you've got the potential and the possibility to pursue that, but

it's a matter if you're willing to. And we have to be willing to in order for us to be willing to. We've got to know the truth about ourselves. So here's what we're talking about today. We're going to talk about cover. Most of us don't know the truth about ourselves and how to change that.

We're going to talk about how to collect up that which other people say about you so

that it can add to positive truths and the truths about yourself, how to collect compliments so to speak and how to stop

shrugging compliments off of just, you know, well, and disregarding them.

I mean, there's a lot of power in the power of words and in the power of things that people tell you about yourself.

But why is it that we hold on to the negative ones and we brush aside the positive ones?
