Thanks for having me. I am so excited to have you here.

Levy, this is the first question that I would like to ask you today.

When I think not just about your podcast, but I think about your writing, which I admire very, very much, you write about very specific topics, paintings, wines, winemakers, people in the industry. Sometimes when you tell stories and reflect on people,

paintings, wines, sometimes you name them, and sometimes you don't. Can you tell us what's in your

mind when you make a decision about whether to refer to somebody specifically or in a kind of general

way? I feel like people have their own lives.

And if they signed up for publicity,

then that's cool.

Like, I feel like Leonardo da Vinci signed up

to be a public name.

But if it's a guy that I went to college with, I'm not sure if he signed for that

or not. And I try to judge it on that. Other times people aren't necessarily real.

They can be composites of different things, and when that happens I usually do name them with

a fictional name.

There's definitely been times where that's not one person. And what about wines? Are wines always

like the real thing or sometimes are they fictional composites too? The wine

has to be a real thing for me. I don't fictionalize the wine.
