The Hello and welcome to 15 days of festive fear and we are on day number 11.

And I have two spooky stories for you today.

And our first story today comes from Jolin.

You featured my story recently from the first house I lived in

where two people had died. I've since moved several times since then and we now live in a house

in Indiana in the country built in 1950. I don't know the history of the house or anything,

but I'd love to share a few interesting

things that have happened since we moved in. I think the first experience was had by my 20-year-old

daughter. She was sleeping in the living room in the recliner when she heard footsteps in the kitchen

behind her. She called out, Mom, to see if it was me.

She didn't really think it would be me because she said the footstep sounded like boots on the floor,

and it was around 2 a.m.

We have a basement, so it's pretty audible when someone walks around.

After that, she just felt very uneasy, like she was being watched.

She also resides in the attic room.

Our house has one giant room upstairs where she lives while going to college.

She says at night she will hear knocking on the wall nearest her bed.

On the other side of that wall is a closet.

One day she had to get something out of the back of the closet and someone had written

Spook House in crayon on the wall.
