So I had a fun series of conversations today, Julie, with some brokers, office managers,

as you guys may or may not know, Julie and I personally coach a lot of brokers and office

managers and team leaders and things of that nature.

And I was just talking with this very nice couple who wanted brokerage, opened up another

brokerage.

And we were talking about the elements of a perfect brokerage.

And we were kind of like they were worrying.

this random thought that the brokerages that are the most successful have a tendency to be the
