Body positivity is a hot topic these days, and it seems like every time I turn around, someone's

talking about their version of body positivity and celebrating bodies of all shapes and sizes, which is

awesome.

This week's interview, though, is one that might give you a serious paradigm shift with what

body positivity is really all about.

We'll discuss how to talk to your kids about their bodies and how

to truly love yourself regardless of what your scale or pants size says. This week's interview with

Ashley Reeves of Ashley's Fresh Fix is probably the most thought-provoking an eye-opening interview I've

done so far and I cannot wait to share her wisdom and beautiful insight with all of you.

Okay, I'm so excited to be here in Palm Springs with my dear friend Ashley from Ashley's Fresh Fix.

Hi, I'm so happy to be here. Me too. This is such a treat for me that we get to sit in the same room.

I know. And have this interview. And it's so pretty here and outside

and everything. It's just so fun. It's beautiful. Yeah. We're here for a conference, but it just worked out

that we got to just get together and have a conversation. So I'm super excited about today's topic,

but first I want to just get into like what you're up to. And Ashley and I met, gosh, probably like

seven-ish years ago. Yeah, it's been a long time. Yeah. When she was doing this event called Bright

Night, which was so cool because she just got all kinds of women together, not just influencers

or bloggers or whatever, but like just women who wanted to make a difference and do, you guys had like a charity aspect of. Yeah, we always tried to raise money for a local charity and we just wanted to create something that women could come to and have an enjoyable experience and like bonding it closer together and raise money for a good cause at the same time. It was, it was really fun. It was so fun. And I, yeah, that's where I remember meeting you and

just loving you instantly. I felt the same way about you. Oh, thanks, Ash. And we've done some

fun little collaborations together. We text each other where she's just always someone that I go to for advice. So
