Hey everybody I'm Steve Boyette and your podrunner workout mix this week is an hour at

0:10.6

149 beats per minute called poll to poll. So the title came about

0:16.2

because a listener named George Greenspawn supported Podrunner with a donation

0:20.8

at podrunner.com. He wrote me a message saying that he'd

0:24.4

started out podrunner's freeway to 8K series by running from one light pole to the

0:29.1

next and then walking to the next one and by the end of the series he was passing a hundred poles.

0:35.0

0:40.0

And I remember thinking, okay, I can make it to the next light pole.

0:43.7

And when I'd get to that one, I'd say, okay, one more.

0:47.4

And it was more poles every time.

0:50.0

I think George is on to something here. We may have some long-range fitness goal, but we get there by trying to get to the next marker that's within reach, and then the next one, and the next one after that.

1:02.0

Whatever your ultimate goal, you do it one marker at a

1:05.5

time from pole to pole. So George thanks for the smile and the inspiration. This

1:12.1

one's for you.

1:13.0

Pole to pole starts off deep and dark,

1:16.0

takes on a strong tribal vibe

1:18.0

and peaks out with Progressive House and Side Trans.

1:21.0

Four of the 13 tracks here are available as free downloads, so take a look at the link

1:26.6

playlist on podrunner.com or get them sent to you by subscribing to the newsletter.

1:32.0

Now get ready to take your own epic and personal journey from

1:35.8

pull to pole for an hour at 149 v p.m. on Podrunner. Have a great workout.

1:42.1
