If the culture has told you not to say something, we probably say it.

I have several end-of-year announcements to make, so don't go anywhere because I don't want you to miss them.

First, I just learned that my email address, Suzanne at the Suzannebankershow.com had not been working

for some time because we hadn't up the email plan or something, which means I likely did not

see some of your emails these past few months. This is just one of the reasons why I made the

announcement several weeks ago about this podcast going back to once a week. I'm simply doing too

much. So I apologize if you've reached out and were wondering

if I saw your email because I likely did not. Fortunately, there are many ways to contact me,

which I think most of you have figured out by now. Going to my website and clicking on contact

is the most obvious and I know that that works because I get loads of emails every day.

The Suzanne at the Suzannebankershow.com email should be working now.

But if for any reason it does not, you can always go to my website in the meantime and reach me

that way.

In this same vein of taking on too much, I have also taken a sabbatical from long-term coaching,

mainly because I'm in the process of creating an online course

for both individuals and couples, which essentially incorporates the material I cover in one-on-one

coaching. I am still offering the single session coaching option, however. I've been getting

emails from folks who saw that I'm not doing long-term marriage coaching and right now and are wondering

about single sessions. So if you are married and you have a singular ongoing problem for which

you need immediate advice, or if you're not married and you need help recognizing relationship

red flags or are simply stuck in your current situation and need some direction ASAP,
