If you've ever been on a diet, then the answer is probably a resounding yes.
In the dieting world it is so common to follow your diet, and then reward yourself with food.
You may reward yourself with a little treat at night, or a cheat meal you hadn't planned.
Your diet isn't going to be sustainable if you are continually looking for ways to eat off plan.
