If you only focus on output, eventually the well is going to run dry and you're going to feel like you have no new ideas and you're using the same kinds of tricks that you've used in the last fill in the number of days, months, and years.

So for me, it's very important that you replenish your resources

and the way that you do that is you go and learn new things.
