I don't know if you've seen on my last Instagram post some running that I've been doing.

And when it comes to running, I have this weird relationship with it.

I originally started off with this bunyan and then it's both legs, both feet have bunions,

and then it's tight adductors, and then my glutes turn off.

And then it's just this pain fest when I run.

And this led to a torn hip labrum shifts in my gate and changes in the way I move

that have always had me associate running with pain.

And I stop my breathing.

I constrict it.

I just get frozen.

There's just so many things that come up when I think about running and I'm ready to break
