thank you so much for all the great feedback on the guided meditation I

released last episode I think I'm gonna keep doing those episodes maybe just

once every month or so something like that it's nice for me personally to do

something different like that something that's a bit more peaceful more

introspective than my usual episodes but I'm back with this episode and I want

to do something super practical super simple something powerful about a

mindset naturally and this this episode is about a mindset that I've really

come to live by as I've evolved into my life as a as a dude bro guy as a writer as

a professional everything and it's this mindset of making power moves yes power

moves it's a mindset that reminds you that you are in control of your life and

I think that's a reminder frankly that we can all use because let's be honest

that times it's very easy to feel like you're not in control of your life but the

fact of the matter is you are you are very much in control of your life and I

think making power moves this idea of making power move this idea of the

mindset behind making power moves it will remind you of this fact it will

literally show you you'll do this you'll adopt this mindset you'll start
