and you know there's a point or the middle point right that that people don't

there's so much reverence that has to be found for the space between everything you know

the silence, you know? And I think ultimately that was what occurred, um, for the most part in that

time apart. You know, I think in the last episode I talked about how I went into cabins and dissolved

and you went into, um, into rebuilding yourself, you know,

that I took more of an external approach into sharing my process.

You went into an internal dismantling of all the systems.

And then so initially in the time apart, we had boundaries around communication.
