I think this is so important from an intentional perspective first to say thank you to you.

Thank you to you for being part of my experience

of being able to express the things I think and feel about that I really sense on a really deep

level. Other people think and feel about things and want to explore. And so I really feel

honored to be able to have this opportunity.

So this is an acknowledgement of you for participating in that sort of transaction. It maybe is the

wrong word, but that creation of a space that that's possible. And you know, I think it's important

that our work we create

without the need for it to be heard. Because when we create it for the need for it to be heard,

then I'm creating it in a way that I'm trying to please or bring in listeners. And I've

always had to sort of stay in that space of like truth

matters before all. And if I just speak truth, I am free. The other side of that is I want to

acknowledge you. I want to acknowledge you for that the very active consumption of anything that is

on the journey of inquiry into self

is an act of love it is an act of you saying to yourself that you matter just the act of pressing

plate before you hear whatever you hear whether it resonates or not the very act of choosing it

whatever the consumption is it just happens to be

this podcast episode that I'm speaking about, but it can be anything. The act of searching is an

act of love when you want to find an answer to any question, which of course leads to more questions

and often vague answers and answers that are like, ask more questions, and you're like,

shit, there's more to this. It's always deeper.
