definitely want some new mixes at that speed and that's where the podrunner shift

fixed-paced podrunner mix and play it at my preferred speed so instead of three

mixes I've got a hundred and thirty that I can play at any speed I want to go and the speed change is

when we bring Progressive House into the mix,

and it builds all the way up to rises the Saints, a terrific

an uplifting take on the classic When the Saints go marching in.

because I like it so much as a strong hour of dance music.

That doesn't happen very often because the criteria for Podrunner are pretty different from

your standard DJ Mix.
